Flohmarkt auf dem Hof des “Kerngehäuse” Fabrikhofs in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Der 1980 durch “Instand-Besetzung” vor dem Abriss bewahrte Gebäudekomplex ist noch heute ein selbstverwaltetes Wohn- und Gewerbeensemble das 80 Bewohnern verschiedener Generationen ebenso Raum gibt, wie verschiedenen selbstverwalteten Gewerbebetrieben, u.A. zwei Tischlereien, der Druckerei “Albdruck”, einer Metallwerkstatt, der Sprachenschule “Babylonia” und dem “Ratibor-Theater”.

Flea market in the courtyard of the “Kerngehäuse” factory yard in Berlin-Kreuzberg: The building complex, which was saved from demolition in 1980 by the “Instand-Besetzung”, (“occupation & restoration”)  is still a self-administered residential and commercial ensemble that provides space for 80 residents of different generations as well as various self-administered commercial enterprises, including two joineries, the “Albdruck” printing works, a metal workshop, the “Babylonia” language school and the “Ratibor Theater”.
